Alliance International Church

A diverse community being transformed by Jesus to love God and to love all people.

Saturdays at 6 pm weekly  •  English Worship Services and Kid's Church  •  Everyone is welcome

is an international church serving the English speaking community of Ramallah in the West Bank, Palestine. MosAIC is a diverse community being transformed by Jesus to love God and to love ALL people. So whether you are a foreigner, visitor, expat or a local seeking an English speaking community in which to worship, learn and grow you are welcome. Our doors are open to those who are seeking a genuine encounter with Jesus Christ.

Worship Services are held every Saturday evening at 6:00 pm. Our style is a mix of contemporary and traditional. Our teaching is Bible based. But mostly we strive to be authentic and welcoming to people from diverse backgrounds.

We love children and families, so we also provide Kid's Church in English during the message component of the service. Our teachers provide bible teaching, songs and crafts that connect with kids ages 3-12. We do not provide nursery or childcare, however we have a room available for parents with toddlers and babies should the need arise.

Saturday Worship Service

Join us weekly at 6:00 pm on Saturday evenings for our worship service. We begin with praise and worship and then a bible teaching. On the first Saturday of each month we celebrate Communion.

Kids' Church

Children stay with the parents in the sanctuary for the first 25-30 minutes during praise and worship and then they are dismissed to Kids' Church. Our teachers prepare a Bible Story and a craft or game that reinforces the teaching from the story. Children ages 3-12 are invited to join the class.

Alpha Course

The Alpha Course is a 12 week course that answers the Basic Questions of Christianity. Questions such as Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? How do I pray? Is the Bible true and trustworthy? If you are interested in this course let us know so we can contact you when the next session starts. This is a great introduction to the Christian faith in a non-judgmental and relaxed atmosphere.

Bible Studies / Small Groups

During most of the year we offer various Bible studies and small groups, both in English and in Arabic, for those who want to know more about the Bible or who want to build closer friendships with other believers. Contact us at any time to find out more about the current programs.

Children's English Camps and Holiday Parties

Our church loves to bless all the children of Ramallah by helping them practice speaking English in a fun environment. We offer a 2-week summer camp as wall as various holiday parties during the year to get kids excited and motivated to study more English.

Community Development Projects

Our church members care about the people of Ramallah and we encourage them to start or be involved with projects that help the community. These include things like starting bee hives, helping needy families find clothes/food, visiting sick people and many other ideas.

MosAIC Alliance International Church is part of the C&MA, or as it is referred to here in Palestine and Israel, "The Alliance". The Alliance has been serving in the Holy Land for over 100 years and has established itself as a credible and valuable source of spiritual community for believers from all backgrounds. Our Statement of Faith is the foundation for all of our teachings. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

MosAIC opened its doors in September of 2011. A small group of internationals had been gathering in a home for over a year and felt God leading them to open a church for English speakers in Ramallah. The pastors of the church are ordained with the Christian Alliance Church (C&MA) in America. MosAIC was started in cooperation with Evangelical Alliance Church of the Holy Land (EACH), located in Jerusalem. EACH has been serving Christians in the Holy Land since 1890.

Pastor Jeff and his family have lived and served in the area for over 5 years. Before coming to Mosaic, he taught philosophy and religious studies at the college level. He holds a Master's degree and is currently working on his PhD. He is passionate about helping people experience God's transforming power in every area of their lives.

The following are some comments from our members and those who were with us for a time during their stay in the Holy Land.

"MosAIC provided me with a home-away-from-home during my stay in the West Bank. They were a very welcoming and supportive Christian community, which meant alot for me being an English speaking foreigner."

K.W., UK

"Thank you so much for making me feel at home. The worship and teaching are consistently great, but it is the fellowship that I really appreciated the most."

H.M., CA

"I was so excited to find a church in Ramallah for English speakers. I lived abroad for quite a few years and returned to Ramallah, but want to keep worshipping in an English-speaking community."

S.P., Ramallah

"Our family has been so blessed to be a part of MosAIC. Our kids have made friends and enjoy coming to church with us. Thank you so much for being a family to us."

L.S., NZ

"I love how diverse MosAIC is. It really lives up to its name. There are people from all kinds of spiritual backgrounds and everyone is made to feel welcome. I'm glad I found a home."

D.E., US

"MosAIC is the place that taught me about Jesus. For many years I wanted to know more about Christianity. The people at MosAIC held an Alpha course where I could learn more and ask any question I wanted. They weren't pushy but loving and patient. I soon realized that I wanted to know Jesus personally and get to know God more and more."

A.P., Ramallah
